Our mission goal is to visibly demonstrate that the church is not a building, it is people. Our goal is not to build a church, but to transform the community, by reaching out to people. Matthew 9:37-38 says, “Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” We have answered the call to be the hands and feet of Jesus within our community.
Harvest Christian Fellowship Church is supportive of global mission initiatives and provides support as they are identified and approved by the church leadership.
In addition to ministering to those within our community our desire is to also reach the unchurched population within the community. This is the population who may never “come to church”; therefore, our mission team is available and willing to “go to church” by taking the church to the homeless, elderly, and home bounded.
Under the leadership of our pastor, our church provides volunteers to serve and assist in local community ministry outreach initiatives in our area.
Our desire is to not only establish a memorable community image of the church to the public, but to establish a strong, positive, and memorable image and presence within the community. Our church events are always open to the community.
Our Evangelism and Outreach team is trained and equipped to provide evangelistic outreach initiatives that include:
