How to Be Saved

Romans Road to Salvation in Jesus Christ

The decision to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior is the most important decision you will ever make, and it is not to be made lightly.

Romans 3:23: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God

Romans 3:10-12: As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one. There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They
are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 5:6-8: For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die:
yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:9-10: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt
be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:13: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

We have a Romans Road Scripture Card/Bookmark (see picture above) to help you understand what the Bible says about acknowledging our sins, believing in Christ Jesus and confessing our sins. There is also a sinner’s prayer included. Contact the church office at 832-366-1370 or via email at lisastewart@harvestcfc.org to request one to be mailed to you.
